The National Science Foundation has awarded Adom Industries $10 million to establish a Programmable Cloud Lab Node in Fort Worth, Texas.

How Does it Work?
The factory is one loop in two halves.

The hardware half is the Fort Worth lab. Robotic workcells take the design your agent just produced and physically build and test it, with components sourced from distributors minutes away. The boards are fabricated, assembled, and validated on site. No more waiting two weeks for a PCB to arrive from overseas followed by months of laborious breadboarding.
What the lab can do
This project is the first integration of conversational AI with fully autonomous robotic workcells in an electronics-focused cloud laboratory. Some of what that makes possible:
- Generate PCBs in hours instead of weeks
- Test components at high throughput, faster than any human test schedule allows
- Characterize parts automatically, with instruments that run themselves and log everything
- Generate firmware with AI, so the agent writes the code that runs on the board it designed
